Perform inspections and assessments to identify mold conditions, mildew, bacterial and other microbial contaminations or conditions. Infrared thermal imaging to help identify moisture sources, intrusions or leaks within your property and assess any problems that may be within your property and their potential to cause adverse health effects.

Perform limited bulk asbestos sampling on any suspect asbestos containing materials that may be present in areas where disturbance of materials for work such as remediation, renovation or repairs may be needed.

Collecting bulk, surface and/or air samples to identify the types of organisms present and determine if they pose a health hazard to building occupants. Collecting bulk asbestos samples to determine presence of any asbestos containing materials. All samples are then directly submitted to and analyzed by an experienced laboratory that is certified and accredited under the Environmental Microbiological Laboratory Accreditation Program (EMLAP)

Will thoroughly evaluate lab reports and describe any onsite assessments to provide full written reports with recommendations, and/or conclusions based on assessments and findings. Will also provide any post remediation mold clearance reports and certificates needed upon completion of any mold remediation projects.
